Did you know that every fortnight, all professional and technical personnel in Urban Dynamics attend internal training courses? This programme of career enhancement, internal networking and skills transfer proves to be extremely valuable for town planners, project managers, urban designers and administrative and support staff. Training takes the form of presentations, excursions and workshops. Training themes completed over the last 12 months, included amongst others, Cost Effective Layout Design, the BNG Inclusionary Housing Policy, Report Writing Skills, the BRT/Rea Vaya and the new NEMA Regulations. Due to the vast experience and expertise within Urban Dynamics, we are often also asked to give lectures to local authorities and provincial departments on town planning processes and legislation.  Our staff's knowledge and expertise is a testiment to the success of this unique initiative.
