Project Management

Effective project management forms a fundamental aspect of ensuring result-orientated products and services of Urban Dynamics. This specialization is fundemantal to complete any project successfully within time and cost constraints. Due to its integrated, multi-disciplinary approach to planning and land development, Urban Dynamics are often appointed by local and provincial government departments to conceptualize, plan, initiate and implement housing and other projects to ensure effective deployment, monitoring and control of all relevant resources. These include financial contracting, gearing, programming and co-ordination of projects.
